4. Voting Integrity

To ensure fair results for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to manipulate vote counts.
• Create multiple accounts for the sole purpose of inflating votes.
• Bypass our security measures (e.g., IP restrictions, session limits).

Zenfied reserves the right to disqualify votes or remove polls that are found to be manipulated.

5. Intellectual Property

The Zenfied name, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of the Zenfied Team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary assets without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zenfied is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or embed content (such as YouTube videos) that are not owned or controlled by Zenfied. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
