• Verified Badges:Verified badges are granted based on community engagement and authenticity. Zenfied reserves the right to revoke verified badges or suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines or manipulate engagement metrics.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

You retain ownership of the text posts, links, images, videos, polls, and comments you post on Zenfied ("User Content"). However, by posting content, you grant Zenfied a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.

You agree NOT to post content that:

To ensure a fair and authentic social experience for everyone, you agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for the sole purpose of inflating engagement or harassing other users.
• Bypass our security measures (e.g., IP restrictions, session limits).
• Artificially manipulate the "Trending" and "Explore" algorithms.

Zenfied reserves the right to disqualify votes, remove manipulated posts, or ban accounts found engaging in these practices.

Intellectual Property

The Zenfied name, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of the Zenfied Team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary assets without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Zenfied is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or damages resulting from your use of the platform.
